As a pivotal leader at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Lou spearheaded the creation and development of the Technology department. He was the visionary behind the groundbreaking Tech-Only FISHTM online customer experience reporting system, a first-of-its-kind platform that revolutionized client interactions and reporting capabilities.
